Process
Schedule an in person free consultation at one of our two local offices. At the time of the consultation, clients need to bring documents related to the ownership of their timeshare property to consult with their consultant.
An experienced consultant will review each case and provide clients with all of the options to terminate their timeshare contract. In addition, consultants will give details about the best plan moving forward.
Consultants will process the file and assign an intake manager to the clients case. Clients will receive a welcome call and will then receive all of the necessary documents to begin the process. All documents will be processed through, USPS, scan, fax or, email.
The intake manager assigned to each clients case will call the client and set a phone conference with the lead attorney on the case. The attorney assigned to the case will provide clients with an in depth legal consultation customized to each individual case. At this time, the attorney will let the client know if there is any additional required signatures.
During the months that follow, intake managers will give clients progress reports to provide updates on their case. If clients receive any phone calls, emails or, letters from the resort in reference to the cancellation, they will need to advise their intake manager as soon as possible.
When the contract is terminated, clients will receive evidence from intake managers. At this point, clients are free from all future financial obligations to the resort.
